Guarantee & Return Policy

Many people in Lebanon ordered online and got a bad item. Then nobody answered, and they were stuck with it.

At Labayté, you do not take that risk. We take it for you. You pay cash only when the order is at your door. After that, every order is covered by the 3 promises below.

Why can we do this? We keep our stock in our own warehouse in Lebanon, and we check every order before it leaves. We know what we send.

Promise 1: Wrong or broken? We swap it free.

If what arrives is broken, wrong, or not what our website shows, send us one photo on WhatsApp. You choose:

  • A free swap. The courier brings you the right item and takes the other one back. You pay nothing.
  • Your money back. The courier collects the item, free, and we refund you the same day it reaches us, delivery included.

Promise 2: Breaks within 3 months? Free swap.

If a product breaks while you use it normally at home, within 3 months from the day you receive your order, send us one photo on WhatsApp. The courier brings you a new one and takes the broken one back. You do not pay for the new item or for its delivery.

This promise does not cover items that are made to wear out with use, like sponges and scrubs.

Promise 3: 7 days to change your mind.

Changed your mind? Tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days from the day you receive your order. You do not need a reason.

The courier collects the item. Once it reaches us in good condition to resell, we refund the item price the same day. We keep $5 of the refund for the courier, and the delivery fee you paid is not refunded.

Sponges and scrubs must be unused.

Refunds

Refunds go to Whish, OMT or Neo: your own account or a family member's.

How to use your guarantee

1. Send us a WhatsApp message on +961 71 083 929.

2. Tell us your order number.

3. If the item is broken, wrong or not the same, add one photo.

4. Tell us if you want a swap or your money back, and your Whish, OMT or Neo number.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy. It is part of our Terms & Conditions. This policy follows the laws of Lebanon. Our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect or accidental losses from using the product.
