By placing an order, you agree to this policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
What Is Covered
You can request a return or refund if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The product is unused, in resalable condition, or only lightly tested.
- The product does not meet your reasonable expectations.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions & Conditions
To keep things fair:
- Returned products must not be heavily used, broken, or dirty.
- Hygiene or personal items (such as sponges, scrubbers, or similar goods) must be unused.
- Products should be returned with original packaging, if possible.
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the item.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the item is defective or incorrect, Labayté covers the return cost and will provide either a replacement or refund.
Wrong or Damaged Item
If you receive an incorrect or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a photo or video as proof.
- We will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund (including shipping, if our error).
How to Request a Return

This Guarantee Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Labayté’s liability under this Guarantee is limited to the value of the product purchased. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
