These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on our website. By ordering from Labayté, you agree to the following:

Orders

- Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp

- Labayté reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable or in case of error

Payment

- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only

- Payment must be made in full when your order is delivered

Delivery

- Standard delivery fee is $4 across Lebanon

- Most orders are delivered within 48 hours, but delays may happen in certain areas

Returns & Refunds

- Orders are covered by the Labayté 7-Day Guarantee

- We do our best to show accurate product images and descriptions

- Small differences in color or size may occur

Limitation of Liability

- Labayté’s responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased

- We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or misuse of products

Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by Lebanese law

- Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Lebanon
