All purchases are subject to our Guarantee & Refund Policy. Products are sold for personal household use only and not for resale.

All prices are listed in USD (or LBP equivalent) as shown on the site. Prices may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping fees and any applicable taxes.

You agree to provide valid and updated billing details. By submitting an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the provided payment method.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery Fee: Flat $4 per order.

  • Estimated Time: 2–4 business days within Lebanon.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or events outside our control are not our responsibility. Risk passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Labayté’s website (logos, images, designs, text, and product materials) is owned by Labayté or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit it without prior written permission.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations (such as Shopify features). These are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Labayté is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Labayté, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Some data may also be processed by Shopify as our hosting provider.

11. FEEDBACK

If you provide reviews, ideas, or feedback, you grant Labayté the right to use and display them for marketing or service improvement.
