Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Lebanon.

Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days after processing.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays).

• You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation once your order is out for delivery.

Delivery Fees

• Flat rate of $4 per order (added automatically at checkout).

• Free delivery may apply during special promotions or when you meet the minimum order threshold (if applicable).

Cash on Delivery

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Lebanon.

• Please prepare the exact amount upon receiving your package.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed the next business day.

• Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on Saturday.

• Orders placed on Saturdays will be processed on Monday.

Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Courier traffic and logistics

• Weather conditions

• National holidays or events outside our control

Labayté is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving issues quickly.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@labayte.com. We will resolve the issue in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

Order Tracking

Currently, orders are confirmed via WhatsApp/SMS. Tracking links may be added in the future as we upgrade our delivery system.
